I use a Bloogz machine since I been in TR and it was customed made to what I wanted without being expensive for over 2 years now. Have had no issues and run everything at full... only bad part is when I lost my 10/100/Gigabit LAN when a lightning strike hit the house so have to use the cheap one from the computer stores.
